With a couple of friends we decide to go for a quick hike. We head to the Zambla pass and take the path to Monte Alben. Relaxing day in the mountains, without great efforts or goals, just to take a break from the city and keep in training.
At this point we go by the Bait dol Gioan, a little bivouac for emergency set in the rock.
