In 2017, I had the luck of meeting and photographing Freddie McGregor and here I want to show you the workflow behind the post processing of his portrait. You will be able to see the before and after of this image. First you will notice the change in color and temperature, later and with the next image showing more detail, you can see the work done on the skin and on smaller details. I never want to change a person’s skin or texture, I just try to clean it up a bit and make it more homogeneus, getting rid of those little details that don’t change the reality of the person but that would distract the viewer from what is more important.
